Etios sedan and Etios Liva diesel variants to launch on September 9

A few months back, the Japanese auto biggie Toyota Motors has launched the petrol variant of its hatchback christened Toyota Etios Liva on 27th June. However, this new hatchback was unable to lure the customers and didn't get overwhelming response. The reason behind this would be the lack of its diesel variant in the market. As diesel cars are on high demand due to the hike in the petrol prices. So in order to cope up with the market Toyota Motors is on the toes to deliver the diesel variant of the Etios twins. As per the latest buzz in the Indian car market the Toyota Etios diesel and Toyota Etios Liva diesel will be rolled out on September 9.

Toyota Motors has high expectations with Etios twins diesel variants. Recently the other car manufactures like Maruti India and Honda India had launched their respective hatchbacks, new Maruti Swift and new Honda Jazz respectively in order to compete the Toyota Etios Liva. Although these launch make the competition more tough but the new Maruti Swift have the waiting period of 4 months and Honda Motors lacks the diesel cars. Keeping this in mind it seems to be the perfect time for Toyota to launch the diesel variant of its Etios Twins in the market. Toyota India includes a wide range of cars in the Indian market Viz: Toyota Altis, Toyota Camry, Toyota Etios, Toyota Etios Liva, Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortunner, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, Toyota Pirus and Toyota Land Cruiser.
